For over twenty years I've delivered projects in manufacturing, engineering, and energy infrastructure. I've managed the projects the textbooks skip: vague scope, tight margins, difficult suppliers, customers who change their minds. I've fixed projects in trouble and built project systems for companies that had none.
I started Authentic Fox because too much PM education is theory taught by people who've never carried a project through to handover. The industry doesn't need another framework with a certification exam. It needs practical systems and honest advice — the kind a machinist or a fitter would recognise as genuine.
